Ultra-premium 20% butterfat ice cream, made-from-scratch using all-natural ingredients & slow-churned the old-fashioned way with rock salt & ice in antique White Mountain freezers. We are a small, family-owned local business, in Nebraska since 1984, who have been dedicated over the years to using quality ingredients from several local small family-owned orchards/farms, groceries, bakeries, & candy
makers.

We use real heavy cream & lots of eggs yolks (100% local) to make our ice cream. At a little above 20% butterfat, you won’t find more premium ice cream in the country. We make our ice cream using very low overflow (adding less air). So far we have been unable to find any other ice cream in the entire country that weighs more than ours per volume. And you won’t find that frozen gummy marshmallow fluff texture from additives or any corn syrup taste, but rather the true richness & taste of real cream, eggs & sugar.
