Inaugurated in 1981 at number 1088 of Alameda Franca, the Ritz, with a relaxed atmosphere and retro air, has the decoration signed by the artist Wesley Duke Lee, who also designed the logo of the restaurant.

Always democratic and open to all audiences, the Ritz pioneered in many respects in the city. It was one of the first restaurants to serve wine by the glass and to bet on young people and university students for its staff.
Kitchens from various parts of the world are on the varied menu of the Ritz, with dishes that have been successful since its opening, such as the Chicken Pie with Saladinha, Hamburgers made in the restaurant served in various versions, such as the Poivre and the classic Ritz Burger , besides the famous rice cookie, always having a different dish every day.
