Training assistance – 40£ per session, min. 45min. Gym of your choice. Travel not included. Gym fees not included.
Personal fitness programme creation without assistance – 90£ (including nutritional consulting and diet plan)
Professional classic and sports MASSAGE(deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, neuromuscular relaxing included) :
- 70£ per hour (incall)
- 90£ per hour (outcall). Outcall price is optional and vary in different distances and time.
Sports games partnering – 30£ per hour (bowling, table tennis, billiard, all ball games, badminton, backgammon, chess, etc.) Travel not included.
